Fully completed applications do get priority, so remember to ensure your application is completed in full before hitting submit. On Monday morning, our leasing team conduct reference checks for completed applications. Processed applications are then presented to landlords for final approval. By Monday afternoon, our leasing team are ready to call and provide the good news that your application has been accepted. We will then arrange for leases to be drawn up and signed, assist with connecting your utilities, arranging removal and storage, and insurance.
